Responsibilities

• Implement preschool curriculum and activities as directed in the absence of the lead teacher.

• Instruct students within 8:1 or 10:1 ratios in classroom and outdoor settings.
• Supervise students at all times including outdoors, ensuring health and safety.
• Use positive behavior guidance to support social and emotional growth.
• Maintain relationships with children, families and staff through professional communication.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with coworkers to ensure quality programming.
• Provide courteous customer service to children and parents daily.
