Location: Essex & Union Counties, New Jersey

Schedule: 20–25 hours/week during regular school hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM)

About Soccer Shots:

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We offer sessions for children ages 2–8 and partner with preschools, daycares, and parks throughout Essex and Union Counties in New Jersey.

Position Summary:

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and passionate individuals to join our coaching team! As a Soccer Shots Coach, you’ll lead fun and engaging 30–40 minute sessions at partner locations throughout the day. This is a part-time role perfect for educators, caregivers, camp counselors, or anyone with experience working with young children and a love for sports.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering high-energy, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
• Traveling to schools and field locations throughout Essex and Union Counties
• Positively engaging with children, parents, and school staff
• Following our structured curriculum while bringing your own creativity and enthusiasm
• Representing Soccer Shots with professionalism and passion

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has previous experience working with children ages 2–8 (required)
• Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation (required)
• Has a basic understanding of soccer and its rules (required)
• Is available to work most weekdays between 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Is outgoing, energetic, and passionate about early childhood development
• Is dependable, communicative, and able to manage a group of young children
• Is comfortable working independently and adapting to different environments
