Schedule: 20–25 hours/week during regular school hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM)

About Soccer Shots:

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We offer sessions for children ages 2–8 and partner with preschools, daycares, and parks throughout Essex and Union Counties in New Jersey.

Position Summary:

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and passionate individuals to join our coaching team! As a Soccer Shots Coach, you’ll lead fun and engaging 30–40 minute sessions at partner locations throughout the day. This is a part-time role perfect for educators, caregivers, camp counselors, or anyone with experience working with young children and a love for sports.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Delivering high-energy, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
2. Traveling to schools and field locations throughout Essex and Union Counties
3. Positively engaging with children, parents, and school staff
4. Following our structured curriculum while bringing your own creativity and enthusiasm
5. Representing Soccer Shots with professionalism and passion

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

1. Has previous experience working with children ages 2–8 (required)
2. Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation (required)
3. Has a basic understanding of soccer and its rules (required)
4. Is available to work most weekdays between 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
5. Is outgoing, energetic, and passionate about early childhood development
6. Is dependable, communicative, and able to manage a group of young children
7. Is comfortable working independently and adapting to different environments
