A well-established parent cooperative school is seeking a dedicated Preschool Director to lead in a play-based learning environment. This role involves operational leadership, educational oversight, and regulatory compliance while fostering community engagement. The ideal candidate is required to have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, five years of relevant experience, and preferably prior management experience. This part-time position offers a salary between $45,000 and $55,000 with potential benefits including a retirement plan and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience in early childhood education.
• At least three years of experience serving as a Lead Teacher.
• Prior management or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with or understanding of parent cooperatives is highly valued.
• Pre-K to 3rd Grade certification is preferred.
