Job summary

Flagstaff Academy seeks a Preschool Assistant Teacher or Aide for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time role offers morning hours from 7:45 to 12:00, with flexibility.

You will support the Lead Teacher in delivering developmentally appropriate activities, monitor safety, attendance, and parent communication, and ensure compliance with state licensing. A strong candidate has 3–5 years experience with young children, knowledge of licensing requirements, and a collaborative, student-centered

• Help maintain compliance with state/local regulations and document sign-in/out procedures.
• Promote positive relationships with families and support school community.
• Collaborate with teammates to provide meaningful support for content and behavior management.
