Chartwells K12 is hiring for a part-time Prep Cook in the Lake City area. Location: Lake City Area Schools, 710 East Mitchell, Lake City, MI 49651. Hours are on-call, Monday through Friday, with varying schedules. The role includes lifting up to fifty pounds and following HACCP guidelines to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to production plan and recipes.
• Prepares items on production sheets and maintains quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use.
• Stores, labels and dates food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and serves at multiple stations.
• Resolves customer concerns.
