Champions Social Club in North Dallas is seeking part-time Prep Cooks/Dishwashers to support a refined dining experience for our members. This morning shift role focuses on efficient kitchen operations, food prep, dishwashing, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to prepare ingredients, follow recipes, and ensure timely service for guests and members.

Qualificações

• Current Food Handler Certification is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible availability including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Understanding of basic cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food preparation methods.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep according to recipes, production schedules, and the Daily Prep List.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, prep, and dishwashing area in accordance with food safety standards.
• Stock workstations and assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen setup.
• Assist the Culinary team with basic food preparation, including cutting meats, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Follow proper food handling, labeling, rotation, and storage procedures using FIFO.
• Operate, clean, and maintain the dish machine and other kitchen equipment.
• Remove trash, complete daily cleaning tasks, and support overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with the Culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily kitchen operations.
