Responsibilities

• Learns to read menu to estimate food requirements and orders food from supplier or storage.
• Prepares and cooks food in accordance with production records and recipes.
• Maintains sanitation and safety in the kitchen.
• Interacts with customers and coworkers in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner.
• Ensures compliance with service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
