Job summary

Chartwells K-12 is hiring a part-time cashier/food service worker for East Windsor Regional School District, NJ. Schedule varies 8:00 am–1:00 pm; training provided. Previous cashier or food service experience is a plus, but not required. You will operate the POS, assist the Chef, and help maintain clean stations.

Pay ranges from $16.87 to $18.87 per hour with opportunities for training and growth within a diverse school dining program.

Qualifications

• Prior cashier and food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and perform cashier duties.
• Prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts; assist with catering orders.
• Assist Chef and prepare coffee; keep coffee and cashier stations clean.
