Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor to train and oversee a team of Package Handlers and Clerks. You will focus on safety, productivity, attendance, and timely timecard submission.\n\nYou will develop relationships with staff, facilitate training, coordinate evaluations with management, and ensure daily duties are performed safely while upholding UPS's ethics and code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises package handlers and clerks.
• Maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training for new and current employees.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Ensures duties are performed safely and timely.
• Upholds UPS’s high ethical standards and code of conduct.
