Job summary

UPS is seeking a qualified supervisor to train and oversee Package Handlers and Clerks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise daily activities, ensure safety and productivity, and coordinate timecards and attendance with management.

Responsibilities include conducting group meetings, facilitating training for new and current staff, and finding best solutions for package issues while upholding UPS's ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours (up to 5 days per week).
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises package handlers and clerks on safety and productivity.
• Maintains relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Coordinates evaluations with management and oversees daily activities.
