Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to train and oversee Package Handlers and Clerks, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely completion of tasks. This role holds teams accountable for attendance and accurate timecards.

The position requires leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with flexible hours and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor's degree or management experience are preferred, and U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or have eligible work status in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
