Job summary

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead production, safety, and attendance while driving productivity and accuracy. You will train staff, develop teams, and ensure compliance with policies at all times, fostering a proactive and collaborative work environment.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse. Flexibility to work up to five days a week and lifting 70 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; MS Office knowledge.
• Management experience preferred; fast-paced warehouse environment.
