UPS seeks a supervisor to lead, train and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. You will set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety, while cultivating relationships with all levels of personnel.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications: US citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with all requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continual improvement.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations.
