R.T. Moore in Plain City, OH is seeking a Prefab Associate to support pre-fabrication of valves and components to RTMC quality standards. You will ensure leak-free connections and proper valve operation through careful measurement, cutting, and threading of black pipe.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• No prior experience is necessary; warehouse and forklift experience is a plus.
• Proactive drive for accomplishing tasks successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills necessary.
• Clear, effective communications skills – both written and verbal.
• Aptitude for prioritizing, planning, and problem-solving.
• Preference for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization.

• Thoroughly complete the pre-fabrication of tub and tub shower valves in a manner consistent with RTMC standards ensuring all connections are leak free and valve is operational
