• Willing to cross train in Endo/Pre-Post Areas.

• Apply the nursing process for each patient across the age spectrum (infancy to geriatric).
• Promote positive patient outcomes and quality patient care.
• Collaborate with the inter-professional team to optimize outcomes.
• Engage in unit-based and hospital governance councils and uphold professional practice standards.
