Job summary

Laurel Ridge Community College is seeking part-time Powerline Instructors for Workforce Solutions. Instructors may teach at Middletown, Fauquier, Luray-Page County centers or an off-site location, with open enrollment and customized employer trainings.

Teaching experience is helpful but not required; professional experience and appropriate certification are essential. Classes may be held during weekdays, evenings, or weekends, primarily in-person with occasional hybrid delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Non-credit courses require substantial experience in field of expertise.
• Associate degree or equivalent in teaching field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach workforce courses in-person, hybrid, online or distance learning.
• Schedule classes during day, evenings and weekends.
