The role is part-time, with daytime hours typically 20–25 per week, at approximately $15 per hour. Previous cleaning experience and a valid driver’s license are required, along with dependable teamwork and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is required
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Must be able to lift cleaning equipment, bend, stand, and work for extended periods
• Must be comfortable working around construction dust and debris
• Must have a working cellphone

Responsibilities

• Clean newly constructed homes
• Remove dust, stickers, and light construction debris
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and other surfaces
• Complete detailed final-cleaning assignments
