Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible experience in post-award grants administration or related fields.
• Ability to learn and apply grant and contract requirements and policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for reports and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
• Experience with data gathering from diverse sources and presenting data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain databases for recording and tracking grant awards, budgets, and projections.
• Generate quarterly financial projection reports and advise PIs on spending.
• Monitor project accounts and escalate issues to principal investigators as needed.
• Ensure compliance with funding agency rules and university policies.
• Assist with award close-out, audits, and cost transfers.
