Job summary

Watertownchamber is seeking a part-time Sales Associate/Donation Attendant to join our team for the holiday season. The role involves hands-on retail tasks, helping customers, and working alongside volunteers to support donations moving to the sales floor.

Availability is 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with every other Saturday required. The ideal candidate brings previous retail experience, strong customer service skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys the hands-on side of retail and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. Our paid staff help and work alongside volunteers, welcome customers, keep merchandise moving from donation to the sales floor, maintain a clean and organized store, and help create an enjoyable shopping experience.
