UNTUCKit is seeking a part-time Keyholder to support daily store operations in Portland, OR. You will help with opening and closing, assist customers with product selection and styling, and ensure the sales floor is well-presented and stocked.

The role emphasizes delivering a polished yet casual customer experience, driving sales, handling transactions, and contributing to a collaborative store culture. Evening and weekend availability is a must.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and experience to create a welcoming environment.
• Solid retail sales and communication skills to engage customers and close sales.
• Solid product knowledge to advise on fits and styling.
• Reliability in opening/closing, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; able to stand and lift light merchandise.
• Experience in apparel or specialty retail and familiarity with basic POS systems.
