• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule with ability to cover multiple sites.
• Experience in janitorial/maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, classrooms, lobby floors and windows.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures and surfaces.
• Clean elevators and stairwells; monitor building grounds for debris.
• Empty trash and maintain litter-free common areas.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
