City Renewal Management is seeking a reliable Porter for Aspen Hamilton Apartments in Paterson, NJ. You will perform cleaning, maintenance, and move-in readiness tasks to support resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cleaning vacant apartments after move-out, maintaining common areas, and assisting with grounds and curb appeal while upholding safety and quality standards across the community.

• Trash out vacant apartments after move-out
• Clean model and vacant apartments after move-out
• Clean community center and/or office areas
• Clean and prep appliances for move-in
• Clean hallways and common areas
• Clean and maintain laundry facilities
• Assist in maintaining curb appeal with cleaning of grounds, tour routes and landscaping
• Maintain dumpster areas and keep free from debris
