The YMCA of Greater Toledo is hiring a Part Time Lifeguard to supervise pool activities and keep swimmers safe duringEarly Bird (5am-9am) and Daytime (9am-2pm) shifts. Earn $11.50–$13.73 per hour, with onsite benefits like YMCA membership and Paid Time Off.

Qualifications

• Lifeguarding Certification required.
• CPR for adult/child/infant required (Professional Rescue or Healthcare Provider).
• First Aid certification required.
• AED operation required.
• Oxygen administration training required.
• Must be at least 15 years old.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool to ensure swimmer safety.
• Enforce pool rules and respond to emergencies.
• Provide assistance and safety guidance to members.
