Job summary

YMCA of Greater Toledo is hiring a Part Time Lifeguard to supervise pool areas, enforce safety rules, and provide a welcoming environment for members. You will maintain vigilance, assist swimmers, and support the aquatics team in daily operations.

We offer an onsite role with competitive pay, YMCA membership, and Paid Time Off. Shifts include Early Bird (5am-9am) and Daytime (9am-2pm) to keep our pools safe and enjoyable for all ages.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard Certification and CPR/First Aid/AED certifications required.
• Oxygen Administration knowledge.
• Swim 250 yards and demonstrate multiple strokes.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergencies and enforce pool rules.

From Lifeguarding Certification to Adult/Child/Infant CPR (Professional Rescue or Healthcare Provider), First Aid, Oxygen Administration, and AED operation, you'll be equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to respond effectively in emergency situations.
