Job summary

Campbell Property Management is seeking a dependable Pool Attendant to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for residents and guests at our HOA community in Florida. A golf cart will be provided to travel between clubhouses and designated areas. The role involves monitoring pool areas, gym, parking, and ensuring rules are followed.

Part-time schedule with shifts 4pm-8pm or 5pm-9pm; pay up to $20 DOE. Drug screening and background check are required for all candidates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure residents follow pool rules and safety guidelines.
• Patrol the community using a provided golf cart between clubhouses and designated amenity areas.
• Monitor gym and fitness facilities to ensure rules are followed.
• Observe parking areas and report violations of community parking regulations.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and presentable pool and surrounding amenity areas.
• Ensure pool furniture, chairs, tables, and other amenities are properly arranged.
• Monitor pool conditions and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or equipment issues to management.
• Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests and answer general questions regarding community amenities.
• Report rule violations, incidents, and concerns to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for responding to safety concerns and emergencies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Pool Attendant will monitor pool areas and community amenities, ensure residents and guests follow established rules, and assist with maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the facilities. A golf cart will be provided to travel between clubhouses and designated community areas.
