Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain clubhouses and designated common areas.
• Perform general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, floors, tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs for events.
• Ensure areas are clean and ready for use; restock supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete duties timely.

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial employee to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of an HOA community’s clubhouses and common areas. Responsibilities include general cleaning, restroom maintenance, trash removal, and setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for parties and community events. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and ensures that all assigned areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain clubhouses and designated common areas throughout the community.

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, floors, tables, chairs, and other surfaces.

Clean windows, doors, counters, and other areas as needed.

Set up tables, chairs, and furniture for parties, meetings, and community events.

Break down event setups and return furniture and equipment to their designated locations.

Ensure all assigned areas are clean, orderly, and ready for use.

Restock restroom supplies and cleaning materials as needed.

Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or facility issues to management.

Follow established cleaning schedules and complete assigned duties in a timely manner.

Perform other related janitorial duties as assigned.

Full-Time Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

Pay Rate: Up to $20 DOE
