Qualifications

• Must hold valid WA NP license and WA DEA registration.
• ANCC PMHNP board certification required.
• Part-time outpatient role focusing on ketamine therapies.
• Experience with child, adolescent, or adult patients.
• Proficiency with telehealth and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations including mental status and functioning.
• Administer treatment plans per standardized procedures.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and management strategies.
• Provide brief psychotherapeutic interventions alongside evaluations and management.
• Maintain accurate charting in an EHR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Code clinical encounters with CPT and diagnosis codes.
• Establish and sustain positive professional relationships with patients and colleagues.

This role will focus solely on Ketamine therapies within the clinic. 16-24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations that include evaluation of mental status, current psychiatric symptoms and functioning, and other relevant health histories.
• Administer treatment plans in accordance with standardized procedures.
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatments, and symptom management strategies.
• Provide brief psychotherapeutic interventions in conjunction with evaluation and management services in accordance with standardized procedures.
• Maintain timely and accurate charting of clinical encounters in an ElectronicHealth Records (EHR) platform.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Accurately code clinical encounters with CPT and diagnosis codes.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with patients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Valid and current, unrestricted, Washington NP and furnishing license without any disciplinary action(s)
• Valid degree, Master’s degree (or higher), from an accredited institution
• Valid Washington DEA registration
• ANCC PMHNP Board Certification
• Autonomous practice ability
• Child, adolescent, or adult experience
• Proficiency with EHR
• Telehealth experience and a high comfort level of working with technology
