MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server for the PM shift to provide high-quality dining service to residents. Excellent customer care and a welcoming dining experience are essential in this role.

Ideal candidates will have weekend availability and a background in hospitality or food service. The position emphasizes resident satisfaction, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards in a warm community setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Background clearances, health screening, and negative TB test within the last 7 days of employment.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Basic counting skills as required by the position (tracking meals/residents).
• Must be able to operate standard serving equipment (salad bar/heating cart, trays, etc.).
• Must meet/state regulatory requirements (e.g., Food Handler Certification).

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining service by taking accurate orders and serving meals to residents, family, and guests professionally.
• Uphold table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing between courses, and resetting tables.
• Engage with residents, assist with meal choices, and attend to dining needs as required.
• Follow residents' dietary needs and care plans as outlined by the Supervisor.
• Track meal attendance and communicate safety checks to the team promptly.
