Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking an Activities Assistant at North Pointe in Minnesota to support residents in planning and delivering engaging activities within an Assisted Living and Enhanced Care setting.

You will assist in planning social programs, encourage participation, and help residents maintain physical and mental well-being. The role is part-time, with a Tuesday–Wednesday 9am–5pm shift, offering PTO, 401K, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working with elderly/dementia residents preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as leading exercise.
• Ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.
