Job summary

Vista Prairie at Ridgeway is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and building meaningful relationships with residents.

The position offers Full-time or Part-time options with PM shift (2PM-10:30PM) and every other weekend. Competitive pay and a sign-on bonus are included, supporting a positive and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Health-related training or experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer or assist with medications according to care plans and training.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful moments with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to staff.

What You’ll Do:
