Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a Part-time PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to provide rehabilitation services at a designated SNF in Cameron, MO. This W-2 role offers scheduling around 9 AM–4 PM with weekday shifts and a starting pay of $75.00/hour.

You'll work with the post-acute care team to optimize patient outcomes, collaborate with PCPs, and engage in ongoing education and interdisciplinary meetings while maintaining compassionate geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP/PA/APRN with MO license.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• Post-acute/SNF experience preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Collaborate with facility interdisciplinary care team and PCP.
• Support integration of therapy teams to improve patient function.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to culture-building.
• Assist with documentation and care coordination within SNF settings.
