The Detroit Metro Airport Marriott is seeking a part-time PM Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with pre-registration and reservations at a busy airport hotel.

You will post charges, manage cash and payments, and maintain knowledge of rates, cancellations, and relocation procedures to ensure a smooth guest experience. Team-oriented and flexible schedules are essential.

Qualifications

• This is a part-time PM to 11 PM shift.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy working as part of a team to provide great guest experiences.
• Physical office environment and ability to use a computer and phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out promptly and professionally.
• Post charges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments correctly.
• Review reservations with special requests and assist with blockings and rate knowledge.
