Job summary

Vista Prairie at Goldfinch Estates in Fairmont, MN is hiring a part-time Culinary Aide to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. You will help present and serve meals to residents, keeping dining areas clean and welcoming.

We offer competitive pay for part-time PM shifts, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within our caring community. Prior culinary experience is preferred, with emphasis on meeting dietary needs and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior culinary experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the presentation and serving of meals to residents
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining facilities
• Accommodate resident meal-related requests promptly and courteously
• Be knowledgeable of and attentive to specific resident dietary needs and preferences
• Support the overall dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction
