Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is hiring a Cook at GoldfinchEstates, Assisted Living and Memory Care in Fairmont, MN. Join a caring team and help provide nutritious meals to residents in a warm, supportive setting.

We offer competitive pay ($18.92–$23.81/hour), a structured schedule, full-time and part-time options, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401(k), and more. High school diploma or GED and prior cooking experience preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience as a cook preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and carry out directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a safe, sanitary, and timely manner.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to residents, employees, and guests.
• Support residents by providing personal care and service during meal times as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and resident satisfaction.
