Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old; for part-time evening role no additional requirement, for full-time 18+ or high school graduate.
• No certification required to start.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, etc.).
• Provide resident comfort by responding to call lights and reporting observations to the nursing staff.
• Assist residents in and out of bed or wheelchair following safe lifting procedures.
• Document actions by completing forms and maintaining records.
• Support Engagement staff in planned activities and maintain safety standards.
• Follow universal precautions and mandated reporting requirements.
