Job summary

Community First Solutions in Mason, Ohio, is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents with daily living activities, dignity, and respect, helping them live comfortably, safely, and with confidence.

Schedules include AM or PM shifts (7:00 - 7:00); starting pay $16.00/hour, based on experience. Full-time is 36 hours weekly with every other weekend and holiday rotation; PRN requires three full 12-hour shifts per month, with one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents in activities of daily living as needed and directed.
• Provides resident comfort by using resources, transporting residents, responding to call lights, and reporting observations.
• Maintains resident safety, dignity and confidentiality.
• Adheres to safety standards and professional guidelines.
