Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to teach plumbing theory and principles to diverse learners.
• Knowledge of local, state, and national plumbing codes (UPC, IPC, Virginia).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards in labs/workshops.
• Ability to demonstrate plumbing installations, soldering, and joining techniques.
• Strong instructional delivery for hands-on technical content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach courses in plumbing to students of varied backgrounds.
• Prepare course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
• Deliver content using diverse teaching styles and engage students.
• Post syllabi, assignments, and materials in the LMS and communicate promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and grades.
