Job summary

Train America Holdings, Inc. seeks a part-time Instructor (Plumbing) to lead select bootcamps at our training centers in the United States. You will teach both theory through e-learning and practical labs, guiding students through hands-on activities and simulations.

The role requires 5 years in plumbing, instructor credentials, and the ability to commute to one of our center locations to deliver at least four bootcamps per year.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the plumbing trade.
• Authorized Instructor - Plumbing Courses.
• Journeyman Plumber - Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners or applicable state.
• Master Plumber - Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners or applicable state.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to commute to a training center and teach at least 4 bootcamps per year.

Responsibilities

• Inspire a group of students as their instructor.
• Facilitate e-learning and simulations for students to learn the theories.
• Facilitate and oversee hands-on activities in the lab.
