Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or other regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and fellow employees (internal/external).
• Perform all duties in Sample Processing (prepare plasma units for freezing, samples for testing, and for shipment).
• Prepare units for frozen storage and collect/store samples for testing.
• Maintain freezer temperatures and monitor equipment; manage shipments per protocol.
• Organize plasma boxes and documents for scheduled shipments; assist with inventory control.
