Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a subsidiary of Takeda, is hiring for a part-time Center role in USA – IA – West Des Moines. The position emphasizes flexibility, with shifts of 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, and a focus on reliable donor service and accurate processing in a regulated environment.

The role includes responsibilities in sample processing, storage preparation, shipment preparation, and strict adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desired: Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or other regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and fellow employees.
• Perform all required duties in Sample Processing, including preparing plasma units for freezing and shipment.
• Maintain freezer/refrigerator temperatures and monitor equipment.
• Organize plasma boxes and documents for scheduled shipments; assist with inventory.
