Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Billings, MT offers truly part-time roles with 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week to fit your life. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and support plasma center operations with a strong focus on customer service and safety.

Expect a schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will work under the Plasma Center Manager and use the Donor Information System while ensuring accurate records and donor compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch and reach.
• Lift to 5 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination and hearing equipment from a distance.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens with gloves on most tasks.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and staff safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and seek process improvements.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
