Job summary

GO Pizza is a locally owned Domino's franchise based out of Durham, NC. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our pizza-loving family.

You'll be the voice of our company, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. What you'll be doing: taking phone orders with accuracy and efficiency; providing excellent customer service with a smile (even over the phone!); answering questions about our menu,

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate respectfully.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• A love for pizza is a definite plus!
