Job summary

TGA Premier Sports is hiring Pickleball Coaches / Instructors to lead after-school pickleball programs for children in Wake Forest, Raleigh, and the Triangle area. Most classes run after school between 2:30-5:30 PM, offering a flexible part-time schedule and chances to gain coaching experience.

No prior coaching experience is required; full training, curriculum, and equipment are provided, making this ideal for students, athletes, or active individuals who enjoy working with kids.

Qualifications

• Reliable and professional with the ability to travel to local school locations.
• Able to lead and manage small groups of children in after-school settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead beginner pickleball classes for kids aged 5–14.
• Teach basic pickleball skills, rules, and sportsmanship.
• Create a positive and energetic learning environment.
• Set up and pack away sports equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with program coordinators about class details.
