Job summary

TGA Premier Sports is hiring Pickleball Coaches / Instructors to lead after-school classes for children across Wake Forest, Raleigh, and the Triangle area. Most classes are after school between 2:30-5:30 PM, offering a flexible part-time schedule and full training, curriculum, and equipment provided.

Ideal for college students, active sports enthusiasts, or anyone seeking a flexible part-time role; training and growth opportunities are available with our programs.

Qualifications

Reliable transportation to local school locations.
Ability to travel to local school locations.
Comfortable working with children.
Pass a background check (required by partner schools).
Willingness to work short shifts (1-3 hours) in the 2:30–5:30 pm window.
No coaching experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

Lead fun, beginner pickleball classes for kids ages 5-14.
Teach basic pickleball skills, rules, and sportsmanship.
Create a positive and energetic learning environment.
Manage small groups of children during after-school programs.
Set up and pack up sports equipment.
Communicate with program coordinators about classes.
