Job summary

TGA Premier Sports is seeking Pickleball Coaches/Instructors to lead after-school programs for children across Wake Forest, Raleigh, and the Triangle area. The role focuses on delivering pickleball instruction directly in elementary schools, in a fun, active, and supportive environment.

Most classes take place after school between 2:30-5:30 PM, making this a flexible part-time job. No prior coaching experience is required—we provide full training, curriculum, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with kids and be reliable, professional, and safety-conscious.

• After-school shifts from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, flexible part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, beginner pickleball classes for kids ages 5-14.
• Teach basic pickleball skills, rules, and sportsmanship.
• Create a positive, energetic learning environment for small groups.
• Set up and pack up sports equipment for each session.
• Communicate with program coordinators about class scheduling and changes.
