Job summary

Texas A&M University Texarkana is seeking part-time adjunct instructors in Physics to join a pool for Fall 2026, Spring 2027 and Summer 2027, with appointments made per semester as needed.

Minimum requirements include a master's degree in the teaching discipline (or related field) with 18 graduate credit hours; applicants should be able to teach face-to-face, web-enhanced, hybrid, or online courses within CASE - Science & Mathematics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the teaching discipline or related field with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours.
• Experience teaching undergraduate physics preferred.
• Ability to teach in multiple modalities (face-to-face, web-enhanced, hybrid, or online).

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate physics courses in one or more modalities (face-to-face, web-enhanced, hybrid, online).
• Coordinate course administration: grading, uploading content, meeting with students, submitting grades on time, meeting census and grade deadlines.
• Join a per-semester pool for Fall 2026, Spring 2027 and Summer 2027 as needed.
