Job summary

CCBC is seeking Adjunct Physics faculty to teach day and evening Physical Science, Fundamental Physics and General Physics courses at the Community College of Baltimore County (campus may vary). Faculty prep and deliver instruction, coordinate with the Department Chairperson, and assist with department activities.

Campus locations include Catonsville, Dundalk, and Essex, MD. Adjunct Level 1 pays $1,085 per credit hour with typical load up to 22 credits per year and usually no more than 11

Qualifications

• Need for teaching Physical Science, Fundamental Physics and General Physics courses.
• Experience in instructional delivery and coordinating with department leadership.

Responsibilities

• Teach day and evening Physical Science, Fundamental Physics and General Physics courses.
• Prepare and deliver instruction, submit materials for duplication and grades on time.
• Coordinate activities with Department Chairperson or discipline coordinator.
