Job summary

National Louis University’s Physician Assistant Program seeks adjunct faculty to support didactic and/or clinical instruction in a part-time capacity. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, evaluating student performance, and maintaining course materials in alignment with ARC‑PA standards.

Ideal candidates hold a master's degree in a healthcare-related field, have licensure eligibility in Illinois, and bring clinical teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a healthcare-related field required.
• Current or eligible Illinois licensure if applicable.
• Clinical experience as a healthcare provider preferred, PA background advantageous.
• Prior teaching or precepting in healthcare education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, labs, or clinical instruction aligned with course objectives.
• Collaborate with course directors to ensure curriculum alignment.
• Evaluate student performance with timely feedback.
• Maintain course materials and LMS resources.
• Support student engagement through mentorship and professional role modeling.
• Comply with ARC-PA accreditation standards and institutional policies.
