Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Virginia PTA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the physical therapist, provides for patient needs, modalities, therapeutic exercises, rehabilitative therapy, and use of orthopedic/adaptive equipment.
• Assist physical therapists in providing PT treatments and procedures; carry out treatment plans and document progress within the established plans.
